On October 3, 2008, I received the Grand Prize of the Hong Kong Arts Centre 30th Anniversary Award, for my great friend Chow Chun Fai, as he was in the middle of an artists-in-residence in Italy, at the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong International Arts and Antiques Fair, in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
